WordHunt Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using WordHunt ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

WordHunt is a paid mobile word search puzzle game with the following features:

• Classic word hunt gameplay on customizable grid sizes
• 20+ language dictionaries
• Single-player and multiplayer modes
• High score tracking and statistics
• Customizable themes and game settings
• Offline gameplay capability

3. Purchase and Payment

3.1 One-Time Purchase: WordHunt is a paid application. Payment is required once to download and use the App.

3.2 Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through Google Play Store. We do not handle payment information directly.

3.3 No Refunds: All sales are final. Refunds are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy. Contact Google Play support for refund requests.

3.4 No Subscriptions: This is a one-time purchase with no recurring fees or subscriptions.

4. License

4.1 Grant of License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4.2 License Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any copyright notices
• Share your purchase with others
• Use automated tools or bots with the App

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: All content in the App including but not limited to: game mechanics, word lists, graphics, audio, text, design, and source code are owned by WordHunt or licensed partners.

5.2 Dictionary Content: Word dictionaries are used under appropriate licenses. We do not claim ownership of the words themselves, only the compilation and implementation.

5.3 User Content: Game scores and statistics created by you remain your data, stored locally on your device.

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or manipulate the App
• Use the App to violate any third-party rights
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App
• Share offensive content via multiplayer features

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Service Availability

8.1 Offline Functionality: Most features work offline. Some features like multiplayer require internet connection.

8.2 Updates: We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be required for continued use.

8.3 No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

9.1 By You: You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

9.2 By Us: We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms.

9.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete the App from your devices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All bugs will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Results from using the App will be accurate or reliable

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Device damage or data loss
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the App

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of third-party rights

13. Governing Law

13.1 Applicable Law: These Terms are governed by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

13.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

14. Changes to Terms
